I'm quite sure it was the nicest place to spend my birthday. They had live music playing, it was just one person but he really made the whole environment feel just right. He played so great and you would've thought you were listening to a radio! We sat at the bar until it was our time to sit at our table. You can eat at the bar if you wanted to. The bartender was great, made drinks so tasty! The dining area is beautiful and just feels cozy. It is an open kitchen sadly we weren't facing it but it was nice to see. Food did not take long to come out at all. Everything was also portioned so nicely. All of the food was delicious, we also had a side of Mac and cheese and potatoes. Both finished. We let the host know it was my birthday and the next thing I know we have complimentary champagne and a hand written card. It was a sweet touch. Upstairs it seems like you can have a private party if you wanted too there is a coat check and valet parking. Would love to come back to try more food!

This might just be *the* most beautiful restaurant I've ever been to on Long Island! My mom had her heart set on celebrating her birthday here, so we went for brunch--and wow, what a great choice. The place is cozy, stunning, and the staff? Absolutely amazing. We kicked things off with a glass of Prosecco For entrées, I went with the eggs Benedict, which came with the most delicious truffle hollandaise--rich, but not overpowering and the most delicious crispy breakfast potatoes! My mom went for the lobster avocado toast. They do NOT skimp on the lobster. It was so good! When they found out it was my mom's birthday and that I recently got engaged, they surprised us with a baked Alaska! Sweet, thoughtful, and so delicious. And if that wasn't enough, they brought out another round of champagne on the house! I've honestly never seen a staff go above and beyond like that. We were there with two friends who had been there before and told us how beautiful the upstairs dining area is. Sadly, it was closed for a private event, but now I have a reason to come back--and I will be back! The pastas on the menu looked incredible, so I might have to plan a dinner visit next time. Highly, highly recommend this place--it's a total gem!

Will recommend. Love this place. Excellent ambiance. Amazing bar. Food tastes great and presentation was everything. Jordan was our waiter and he was awesome. There was a piano player there which was really nice. Valet parking. Rooftop in the summer. They even give you a valet ticket for your take home food (doggie bag). Love this place!!

After searching through Discover Long Island for the perfect spot to celebrate my birthday, I finally found the one. The moment we arrived, I knew we made the right choice. The entrance was nothing short of magical, with its grand, castle-like appearance and a cascade of flowers that added such a beautiful touch. We were warmly greeted by two gentlemen at valet, and as we stepped out of the car, we were instantly captivated by the sheer beauty of the building. It's truly a sight to behold. Stepping inside was just as breathtaking. The walls were adorned with stunning artwork, and we noticed they had both an upstairs and a patio area, although it was closed due to the chilly weather. We were seated promptly, and our server wasted no time in making us feel welcome, offering us fresh bread with butter--absolutely delicious! I ordered my go-to drink: mezcal, agave, and lime with a Tajín rim. My partner opted for a Negroni, which he thoroughly enjoyed. We decided to try the prix fixe menu and started with the wedge salad and baked clams, both of which were divine. For our mains, we chose the halibut, which was incredible, and the pork chops. While the pork wasn't quite as impressive, it didn't overshadow the wonderful experience we were having. We also ordered a bottle of wine, which perfectly elevated the evening. Dessert was the true highlight--an outstanding carrot cake special that was simply to die for, while my partner enjoyed a delightful crème brûlée. To top it all off, I was surprised with two glasses of champagne and a small envelope wishing me a happy birthday. That thoughtful gesture truly made the night unforgettable. Thank you for making my celebration so special!

We came here for dinner on our site to NY and had a great time! Atmosphere: The location and restaurant itself is beautiful! It is woodsy with such an elegant feel inside. Service: Our waiter was super nice and attentive. It was a little busy in there, but our server made sure to check on us throughout the night. Plus it gave us time to chat with the table! Food: Food was overall good. There were things I loved and some things I thought were okay. The calamari was not my favorite, it wasn't super crispy and had a fishier taste. The wedge salad, steaks, and mashed potatoes were all fantastic! By the time dessert came, I was stuffed but the little bite I did try was good. Price: For a nicer steakhouse prices were fair. Most steaks ranged from $55-$80 and sides from $13-$18. Between the couple of appetizers, salads, steaks, and sides. It ended up being about $100 pp.

Update : We went back and had the salmon, steak and sea bass. All absolutely delicious. We also gave the baked Alaskan another go. We realized it should be consumed from the inside out. It should've been cut in the middle to do that the first time. Looking forward to our next visit.
